Forecasting food crop yields

During the growing season satellite derived radiation and evapotranspiration data are  processed to crop yield estimates and forecasts for the following regions

• Europe
• West Africa
• East Africa
• Southern Africa

Reliable yield forecasts may be produced from halfway the growing season. They are  regularly updated untill harvest.
